  • How long does it take for an online order to be shipped?
    We ship out within 3-10 business days.
  • Does BeanSoup Apparel have a return policy?
    We do not have a return policy, but if you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please reach out so we can resolve the issue.
  • Can t-shirts be customized?
    Yes. A few of our designs can be customized with 1st - 5th force logos. All customizable designs are marked "customize" in the BeanSoup store.
  • Can you pick your own left chest pocket graphic?
    Yes. We offer over 10 different pocket designs with more coming soon.
  • Can I have a custom design created?
    Yes. We offer custom designs for units and teams. We require a 20 shirt minimum with a $20 art/setup fee.
  • Can I order in bulk?
    Yes. We do offer bulk pricing for custom designs with a minimum quantity. Please reach out to us via email with any design concepts and we will be happy to email you back a quote in a timely manner.
